    heater

I found a guy who has 2 or 3 heaters, the part that mounts in the engine compartment. Where can I get the ducting, and what other parts are needed to get the heat into the cab? I can deal with heater hoses and fittings, Are there ducts that mount under the dash?

    Bullet holes in Deuce??

RE: Bullet holes in Duece?? I'd be careful. You know the bottom ends on the multifuel arent the most bullet proof, if it ran when it was on it's side, there could be some major damage down there. I have the same holes on the firewall, it is where the regulator was mounted.

    stupid move

Ya know, I had a nice '85, K30. Went everywhere I wanted it to, I loved that truck. Along came a beautiful 06, K2500. A nice truck, tows good, quiet, just sweet. Well, along came a familliar dirt road, at night, of course. Missed the turn off. Stopped, looked at the berm on the side of the road...

    help

My old truck did that on a regular basis...whenever you NEEDED to get under the hood. A few times, did the Fonz move and it didn't work, tried and tried, start to walk away, POP the hood opens! Gremlins. I put never sieze on the latch and striker. Worked great 'till it got full of dirt/mud.

    Map

I think you click on the "modify coordinates" and input your location. Use the slider on the top left to make the map smaller so the UK is visable.

    Engine temp. on M813 (cummins)

Flush it and when you have the coolant out of it. put a master gauge in it. If it's jupmping around. possibly a ground. If the fan is a direct drive, the temp should hug the stat. Could be a 160, 170, or 180.

    XM757 steering

Bjorn, I think you should get it running, put the tires on the ground and try it. Those are big arse joints, they don't move too easily. If you get it going and it lugs the engine down, you'll know you have an issue. I've done lots of steering ball joints on construction stuff, they are very...

Newb needs help with idle on m35 a2!!!

TacticalTruck is right, the compressor only takes around 3 HP to run in a loaded state and even if it had a failure in the compressor or locked up, the engine RPM wouldn't be effected very much, 100-200 rpm, maybe. I remember seeing a problem sort of like this once before. A C series had a low...
