Thank you very much, yes, I had it already solved and then I was afraid that the wiring is not enough until I put the starter on the drive shaft. But I think it makes sense.
Now I just hope I can find the bolt hole in the engine block for the support bracket. I really have a little...
Guys...
I would like to thank you again for the answers and...
... apologize if some feel "offended" or personally "negatively" addressed, if I ask here so steadily and energetically.
So retaining screws are newly ordered and the support bracket also.
Probably I have to make then still...
Now be honest, do you think that's enough?
Just new retaining screws and the additional rear fastening?
Maybe one of the many experienced users can give me a simple step by step plan?
That would be a little easier for me.
I don't mean that in a "judgmental" way, but here is a...
Dear Steel Soldier Community,
Starter motor loosens recurrently
The problem occurred after about 1 tank of gas.
The engine would not start because the starter drive gear was slipping on the flywheel, it was not engaging properly.
Analysis:
Both fixing screws were loose and the starter could...
Dear Steel Soldier Community,

Unfortunately, my Chevrolet Blazer is not at my front door.

Is this a "W5W...
Thank you @german m1008 , for this really good homepage ( www.korrosionsschutz-depot.de ).

By way of introduction:
I had the problem that I had to ship a) a book and b) a spray can that was only available in the USA to Germany. The book was no problem, the spray can was very difficult.
In general it can be a problem that some stores in the USA only ship...
OK, Thank you... I had already thought something like that, since the 24 V was completely missing.
Here are two threads describing the special features of the generators at CUCV. (...from this forum)
The first thread explains the standard wiring step by step...
Pressure should be the same everywhere in a closed system, especially with liquids, because they cannot be compressed more at one point than at another.
Temperature should be only minimally different in both lines to the cooler. However, we now know that the sensor pickup point on the front...
@Mullaney - Are you sure? Is there a TM somewhere about the M1009 thermostat where the thread type and size is named?
Does anyone else have documentation on the thermostat sensor or the thread in the radiator?
Can I use a T piece with pressure and temperature decrease? What connections do I need there? Is that a line that goes from there? I am aware that the oil temperature is actually close to the water temperature. It's about being warned if both temperatures rise too quickly or deviate greatly.
