That's great news so far. Good job.

Xm1098 water tanker pony motor problems

With a photo, I'm sure one of us could get you fixed up. We have a brush truck with a Hale gasoline pump, wiring will be similar.

    Oshkosh P-19 fire truck

That is present on some firetruck. Opens up tank to supply pump.

Wheel spindle lock washers - am I missing something?

Oh for an independent auto parts store where the counter person would take the sample and come up with a new one. I'm glad to have that in my area.

    Plastigauge

What engine are you working on?

    Plastigauge

It varies by the size of the journal as I remember. Find an older Motors Manual. It has information on plastigauge use and bearing clearances, maybe on the engine you are working on.

Darley P-100 Water Pump - Corrosion

Good job on that. Even if the seal leaks, it should be good for your purpose.

Newest addition to our fleet -1975 mowag Roland

Or a hole pinched out of the seat cover!

    Fuel Tank Condition

I had excellent results using KBS sealant. You can use 5 gallons of vinegar on the Jerry cans. Let it work a week or so.

    M35a2 weird brake system issues

That is a very elegant and well done engineering job. Would be they came that way.

    Deuce steering wheel

    Nice tidy job.

    Fuel Tank Condition

Your plan is good. After washing, treat the tank with Ospho or something similar. Weld the tank back together and coat with GOOD tank sealer. You'll be golden. See one of my previous post about sealing Jerry cans.

    Bad Starter or Flywheel?

I know it will be a pain, but pull your starter and check the stroke of the solenoid fork. May be grunge or rust causing it to not move the pinion into engagement. If the truck will always start after a few tries, I'd live with it for now.

Engine block drain cock for coolant change

Good job. You should be good to go.

Steel Soldiers MV of the month 2022 - July VOTE HERE!

Don't even think about making dummy HazMat stuff! You will have BIG problems if you are questioned. This is from my perspective as a volunteer fire fighter.

    M35a2 weird brake system issues

I've done master cylinders and it worked ok. I was very poor then and I don't recommend the practice.

    M54 Rescue

    Looks promising. Best of luck.

    24v led lighted license plate

The LED bulb shouldn't pull much current. Pretty much has to be another issue.

    1978 M416A1 Rebuild

Older model jeep rims will do. You can buy new 16" rims but you'll have to use tubes.
