If the fan is not engaging take air line loose on top of radiator fan shroud bend over to close it and zip tie or tape and fan should be on all the time.
When you get that done!
You need to check bolts on compressor brackets and insure the bolts are tight and pull front cover to check compressor nut for tightness.
You do not need to remove cover completely just remove bolts and pull it towards radiator just enough to get wrench in to check...
