New cables I installed my new tachometer cable and UOS gearbox on my bobbed truck. It's been almost 2 years but she still starts right up. I also replaced the 5 ton parking brake cable with one for a 2.5 ton! Only 10700 miles on the truck that I've had for 21 years.

Ordered a tachometer cable and an e-brake cable. Both been needed for months. I started it yesterday and topped up the brake fluid which was empty! Can't find the leak so far.

Does this "completely separate PTO" operate all the time the transmission is spinning? Or another way to ask. Can you drive the truck w/o the PTO in operation?

TM 9-2520-246-34P has a part number listed and says two are needed (I assume one under the PTO and one under the PTO cover) but no reference to thickness or if multiple need to be stacked for accurate gear depth. Does this really need to be set or is one gasket what most folks use? Inquiring...
