If anyone is headed from / through Albany, GA area to the outer banks of NC, I won an S-280 shelter last week.
I have the shipment listed on VeriTread and uShip, but so far the most affordable quote is my left kidney.
Any help would be appreciated / compensated.
Thanks!
I've got listings up on VeriTread and uShip, but I thought it would be worth seeing if anyone here is headed toward the NC Outer Banks from points near / via Albany, GA.
Thanks.
I'm jealous (about the 48 hour part); I submitted my EUC on Wednesday about an hour after my auction closed.
I was extremely fortunate though with my HMMWV EUC experience; it took all of 13 days to get approved - I was hearing horror stories of eight months or more. In the Other Relevant Info...
Nothing to get mad about; I didn't personally build it this way, and if it raises concerns from people more in the know than myself, I want to hear them!
Thanks for looking; I appreciate the feedback. I'm thinking (hoping, praying) the wanting to start, but not being able to is a simple fix.

I read the rules governing auction postings, and this complies, so please, if you are an LMTV guy / gal / guru, take a look and let me know what sticks out to you (beyond the basics of the...
I want all y'all to know you have failed to meet the objective of this thread: I just won a 1995 Stewart & Stevenson M1078 from Ft. Bragg today.:hammer:
I'm going to switch things up a bit this month, since I don't own a massive truck or an immaculately restored vintage jeep.
I submit "Boondoggle": My Gichner S-250 Comms Shelter Overland Camper on an M1102 Trailer. I don't know if this is considered multiple entries or not, but I consider them...
"Check out Exodus Expeditionary Vehicles
out of Swansboro NC, short drive from you on the coast."
LOL; AJ bought a couple LMTV rims from me a few months back.
I actually had taken a picture of one of your builds when it was in Greenville and showed my wife - that fueled my S-250 overland...
I have the SF97 from GovPlanet, but haven't done anything with it yet in terms of registration. I've seen military trailers around here that have license plates, so I'm sure it's possible.
TBH, in NC, you can drive an unlicensed trailer on I-95 and State Troopers driver past you...
