look above the passenger area at the angle of the roof meeting the side of the cab.....I believe the wires are tucked in there and running from the center front, spliced off of where the 3 amber cab lights are......If I recall, they are labeled TL97 & TL98.
I believe there are many tires that were purpose built for theatre and did not need a DOT code. I noticed that 2 of my tires did not have one on the outside wall but did on the inside, so the DOT code is only on one side of the tire. If you can't find it on either side, perhaps it was never...
