I don't know if anyone else has posted, forgive me if they have, but I have found this really cool website with a link to almost all issues of the magazine "PS", which covers maintenance on military vehicles.
Here is a link to the site searching by 'cover art'...
Not west Michigan but live in Wayne. Also spend many weekends at the family hunting/stomping grounds in Gladwin/Harrison.
Looking to eventually get an M880 or M890. Was at Jay's in Clare last 4th of July and ran into the show there, it rekindled my interest in MV's.
Thanks and hopefully will...
Well, it's tax refund season and I convinced "She Who Must Be Obeyed" that we should redo the basement.
I'm going for a pseudo- Polynesian theme, kinda like a "Tiki Bar meets M*A*S*H" vibe, circa 1944, and for the 'bar' I'd like to do the front as the side of a GPW shipping crate.
There are a...
The bigger ones should be 1 5/8". The smaller ones should be 1 1/4".
I never measured them, I just get the kit from Mancini Racing and put em into the holes they fit in. ;)
Thanks!

Looking through TM-9-2320-266-24P it looks like they are both 3 pieces, it's on page 192. I Maybe someone replaced yours in a previous life? I'm at work, so I can't slide under my Dodge to check it right now.
Thanks!

Dadgum it! This is for 4X2! And you're right, mine is a one piece...
I was flipping through a book I've had since I was a kid, The US Army Today, and found an M880 combat pic from Grenada. Check it out!

doh! Sorry it's sideways... Stupid iPhone!
I'm in the process of fixing up a Duster I've had since High School, about 17 years, and am stripping the undercoating off of it.
The easiest way I've found is to heat a putty knife and scrape it, or to just barely "whiff" a handheld propane torch over the stuff, and it comes right off.

Is this one still up for sale? I'm going to pass on the one in Chelsea...
If anyone has contact info for that one, or the guy in Gladwin (our cabin is up there, we're up there at least twice a month) I'd apprieciate it.
Thanks!
JK
That TSC is turning out to be a real good thing! It's about a 20 minute hike for us, but we end up there alot!
I saw earlier this week that LMC offers parts for "late model" (94-08) Dodges, and I was thinking of ordering a catalog. I might pass and just go with the Raybuck parts... and the...
I think I see a pattern forming here...;-) If it didn't have that big box on the back, I'd be all over it I'd bet.
Ida34, PM me about the rockers... the 84 needs them.
Thanks all!
JK
Thanks for the heads up on that. I figured it was rough since it was only $1000, I saw the listing a couple weeks ago.
There is one in Lansing listed on the Michigan MVPA site for $500, depending on what it is missing I might have enough parts at the house to put it back together.
It's been so...
I think I know... I've been a member of a site called the HAMB (Hokey Ass Message Board for about 5 years now(traditional rods and customs only), I know how the newbies get flamed for not intro-ing or searching)... but thanks for the Heads Up!(putting on helmet AND flak jacket now)

Hello!
I found this site while looking up info for M880 Dodges.
My name is Jason, I live in Canton, MI and I'm into old Dodge 4X4's. I'd like to get an M880 someday, and have been getting all the info I can on them before I buy one. Don't want to just jump in you know? :)
Anyway, I am...
