    Spindle / Spindle Nut Question

ModMafia makes Blue Hummer safety spindle nuts. Dave Breggin sold the company to them. They should both know. They are on the hummer network... H1 and HMMWV section. https://hummernetworkforums.com/

    Rear Half-Shaft Loose

Welcome. I like thread locker for essential nuts and bolts. Spindles can loosen and fall out. You need to inspect them while you change the fluid. And before I forget… nopics 🤣

    Removing oil from old shocks

I missed it, and I guess that is funny, but Germany has price clubs and mechanics too.

    Removing oil from old shocks

Mog… Given the laws in most states are that you can drop off batteries for recycling and you can drop off waste oil for recycling and you can drop off electronics for recycling at local price clubs, why wouldn’t you just drop off the shocks? Just trying to be your friend and advocate. The...

    Removing oil from old shocks

I would take the simple route, and drop them off at a Sears automotive repair shop or at a local mechanic. Let them deal with it. Local price clubs have auto shops. Sam’s club, BJ’s, Costco, Walmart super center.

    Steelsoldiers’ BIG M1152A1 HMMWV Project!!

Are you trying to run the truck on old fuel that has been sitting and might have water in it? JP8 is military fuel IIRC..

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Self Canceling Turn Signal Arm Dimensions

Others have used PVC. I also have the OEM style device now BUT I'm considering selling the M1025 in favor of my M1165 so I might just leave those chopsticks

Removing the cold advance thermostat on a m998?

Adjustable or standard open end wrench. Crows foot with extension will also work. Cut the wires off and a deep socket with extension will also work.

Self Canceling Turn Signal Arm Dimensions

I literally used Chinese food chopstix on my M1025. They work great.

PETLAS Has anyone tried these tires?

    Military Feltz tires rock!

Truck bought for parts, got it running, but…

Have you pressure tested each cylinder? That would answer a great many questions all at once.

PETLAS Has anyone tried these tires?

I’d rather buy from China. Return the Hagia Sofia.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Steve, I think my eyes are lying to me, or I have forgotten how to read. Are you complementing a non-military non-standard HMMWV military paint job?! LOL I actually called Eric to compliment his work. I agree with you. Looks awesome!

OUT AND ABOUT WITH MY HMMWV

I was talk in’ about the truck… 😜😝🤡 I like that rig. Shame you’re selling her. She would make a terrific camper.

    HMMWV Blue Force Tracker Setup

The problem with leaving this topic here is it will get buried and forgotten whereas a dedicated computer forum will allow it to stand out. IMHO
