If I remember correctly the Gage should go to full when you remove the wire from sending unit.
I know it moves one way or the other pegged full or pegged empty.
If it doesn't move the Gage is dead.
The sending unit can be checked by putting a ohm meter on the wires and moving float up and down...

The green looks different in the picture then with your own eyes.
The green is a exact match to inside cab green.
3 rolls 24" x 40" that stuff is sticky.
We shall see if it's good stuff.
It's only been on for 1 run up to operating temps so we will have to wait and see.
