What have you done to your JEEP today

Ok. Just come down my way after you get it built if you want to. We can hit turkey bay its a big ORV area in land between the lakes. I could probably get some more green iron to come too. I hear ya about the lawyers. Since so many people are either lawsuit happy or will destroy the area most...

What have you done to your JEEP today

Ok. Cool. To me that is they to do it. I like mostly stock with my own twist. Also with a build like you are talking about if you go out for some mud of trails and get a scratch its not the end of the world

What have you done to your JEEP today

Cool jeep. In that state is a blank canvas. You could easily do a complete 100% museum quality restoration or (probably my favorite) a nice mini resto with a off road vibe. Use all mv stuff and build a trail jeep but with a stock look.

    Different kind of Deuce?

Cool 5T. Who's is it? I think the tracks where a custom mod but that's just my 1/50 of a dollar.

Help on 5/4 ton CUCV purchase

I have a 08. It is a daily driver, a work truck, and a play truck. I have ran mine 55_60ish a lot. I have a tach to so i know my rpm, and oil gaug is nice too. I pull random trailers, and boats, and sometimes about 2300 lbs on the bed. I have pulled the weight sled at the truck pull and didn't...

    Isspro Tachometer install

Sweet install thanks. I am using a automated tiny tach with alternator pic up. It is not the most accurate all the time but I have done some test for speed and then figured rpm and it is very close. I have ran my 08 with stock guts and a 285/75-16 tire to 70-75. It was screaming, but it was...

Quick fast yes or no Question ??

I pulled mine with out removing the tie rod. The refilling was tricky with a funnel and a gallon of oil. Buy big cheap plastic turkey baster or something to fill it with. You suck the oil from the jug and put it in the diff.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

I worked on the door striker pins on the green machine today. I used ricks fuel line fix for worn pins. The doors shut a lot better now. Also they don't rattle when I hit a bump. Then I stuck that knife under the column. You never know when you need a knife.

Are exhaust stacks illegal on a pickup truck?

I have seen plenty of guys around here with stacks. I have never heard of them being illegal.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

I went to unlock my pass door and this happened. So I pulled the door panel and dug around in the door and found the clip. Then I bent more curve in the ears on the clip to hold or pressure. I sprayed everything with wd 40 since I did not have a squirt can handy. Now the door latch works better...
