They showed up in a padded envelope. Inside were a few “old” boxes. Inside that were bags with the bulbs. All of them survived.
After dinner I’ll try to get outside to pop one or two in.
That’s what Napa said to me, had to order 10 of each, I didn’t want/need that many, or wanna spend that much. Or are you saying 30 bulbs(10/each) for $19?
I got the 12 bulbs I needed with shipping included for $14.99.
Hope around 6pm I’ll get to try them out!
The original plug has 3 terminals. One of them is the short wire that is ground. You do NOT need that ground wire. The other two wires can be hooked to the EG22 in any fashion, any direction.
Use a multimeter to verify the ground wire if needed.
Here is a pic for reference, it’s not mine, but...
Who knows, it came pretty much trashed when I got it.
Stupid question, but can’t you only go so fast in 2nd gear? lol Unless I’m miss understanding what you are saying. I mean, if it’s made to spin on that shaft, and the gear is tight, wouldn’t this cause the same thing from the tight fit...

While reinstalling the gear set onto my main shaft I noticed I do NOT have a key way for the 2nd gear, mine only presses on.
Moving to the next step is when I encounter a key way for the synchro sleeve.
Can anyone help? @m-35tom
Also, since I pressed on the 2nd gear with no alignment, it does...
I needed some new bulbs for my truck. I searched and searched and first decided to cross reference to Napa and place an order since they are right down the road. I placed an online order so I could pick them up after work. About 2hrs later I got an email saying they cancelled my order with no...
Nope, I think like you said the spring and detents felt like it was binding. I took it all apart. None of the shafts seemed bent when rolled on a table, everything was there and no abnormal wear.
I think I was just overly concerned after the trans failure.
As for the shifter and cover assembly, I took it all apart this evening. Everything seemed fine, EXECPT, I’m not so sure about the washers on the the two screws that go through the shift plate. The TM states 6, and shows what looks like all on the same side and stacked together between the...
