If you have a come along or a fork lift you can pull and install in one piece, its a LOT easier to unbolt all of that on a bench. When you reinstall though you have to leave all of the manifold studs loose to prevent binding as RDD said... After you torque the heads down then you can tighten up...

Have a sign shop cut everything in vinyl and reverse "weed" it for a stencil... Apply with soap and water, remove the mask and then paint, let it tack up and pull the vinyl off.... Perfect painted on lettering every time!

Large shiny thing in the bottom.... uh-hu... to collect water in a unfinished metal area between the shiny thing and filter housing bottom which in turn rusts out and makes ya buy a new one!!! [thumbzup] Other wise it's a contact wear area for the bottom of the filter.
