    M923A2 loosing fuel prime overnight

When I send out the tube kits I suggest replacing all fuel lines with Parker Pushlock brand hose. It meets all requirements, is easy to use and very easy to repair in the field if that ever happens. However the nylon has its benefits as well. The downside of using the original tubes is the...

    M939A1 Axle rating

Curious why your asking. The rating is 10 tons on road. Thats roughly 12500 lbs per axle. I would be curious what Rockwell rates them at.

    M923A2 CTIS Problem

I would check your air pressure switch with multimeter, also make sure all the solenoids are clicki g. The cover comes off pretty easy and you should feel one click to open the valves. The other clicks for inflate and the last for deflate. I have extras if you find one bad. There is a good...

    M923a2 fuel problem

I have stainless tubes ready to go if that helps. The fitting end is male JIC so it would be the time to ditch the copper fuel tubes and go full push lock. Hope you get it figured out.

    M931A2 air in fuel

Did you replace all your suction hoses? Also if your concerned about air, while running from the 5 gallon can swap your return hose out for clear vinyl and inspect while its running for air bubbles. That is how another member got on the trail to a cracked fitting. Good luck!

-10/-8AN Fuel Fittings & Braided Hose for M818

The braided hoses look awsome! I did mine in pushlock when I had a science project growing in my fuel. I also started making stainless steel pickup tubes to replace the pickup and return. Nice thing is those eliminated the inverted flare and went to JIC.

    M923a2 fuel problem

I make the pickup tubes. It sounds like that is exactly what the problem is. As suggested undo the larger fuel line and back the 90* fitting out of the top of the fuel tank. It corrodes above the fuel line so dont worry about getting it out all the way. Post pics of what you come up with.
