Its there because they generally service their own maint. fleet and transportation fleet. My college does on a large scale but they arnt very kind to letting students have such materials.

I know for a fact large chains will not distribute their waste fluids to anyone but contracted venders. Sears, Wally-World, etc all say the same thing across the state. It sucks. My local VFD and agencies wont give out their oils either. Things are just tight. Mom & Pop shops in small towns have...
