I had a friend tell me about a M2 High Speed Tractor he saw in Oklahoma. After a week or so of trying to remember he gave me an area he thought he saw it in? I was in SE OK yesterday and dropped by just to check. He saw a small tractor but not an M2! Still on the hunt!
Found a bed, bows, vinyl top, all the mud flaps and mounts, spare tire mount, pioneer tool rack and mounting brackets as well as two sets of troop seats at a great price. If you are near South East Oklahoma and need a bed let me know, he has a couple of more!
Well I contacted Fastenal, they gave me a "No Quote" on the tailgate! Apparently their trucks are all full headed to Colorado, no room for my tailgate? I guess full of baggies and growth lights! Any other ideas?
Too late I already won one of the Kipper Battalion tool kits, three huge(refrigerator size) hardigg cases full of $26,000 worth of tools! I keep them in a storage locker off site!
I won one of the Pipeline Grooved Coupling Tool Kits recently, mainly for the tool box which is a perfect fit for the bed of my M1008. The added benefit was the four full sets of US made tools for the pioneer tool racks! On top of that it contained four long handled shovels, a post hole...
On Gen sets i store them dry, and since I seem to have s hoarding mentality on them(i have over a dozen of them) it is really nice to rule out fuel as an issue why one is not cranking, if you can see it you know it is there!
Has anyone used some of the clear fuel line(diesel) that is available, if so where did you buy it and how has it held up? The last couple of military gen sets I have gotten had what I guess was clear when it started out but turned yellow and brittle!
I don't know about the comparison of noise generated but this is the quietest Gen Set I have. I have another Diesel 3KW that is close but this one is the quietest of the variety I have.
I would give the relief lever a twist, it should straighten out, and $127...what a deal, my first one came with my MKT and the second one I paid over $300 dollars for and GL knocked the control panel loose to help out!
