    700R4 Wiring info

    I see KennyW's truck must have been a K20 it probably has a 10.5 or 9.5 14 bolt rear. Some part listings show the same U-Joint at the rear drive shaft rear position for the 14 bolt rear and the 1/2 tons 10 bolt rear. Would like to confirm with someone who has done this swap.

    tut69, Did you do this swap on a M1008 ? I am looking at doing the same swap from an 82 1/2 Ton Diesel longbed I have. Did you use the 1/2 ton Driveshafts ? Did you have to change the U-joints at the axle ends to match up to the 1 ton differentials ? Were the lengths ok ? Thanks for any help...
