Man I don't know what's wrong with me. I just get this beautiful like new truck and the first thing I want to do is rip the engine out. Maybe I'll take your advice, it sounds much more logical...
I've seen several M915s go through lately, and noticed that they have a Cummins NTC 400 mated with a auto 6 spd. Would that thing fit in an A3? I can't stop thinking about it. All I see is my A3 doing a burn out . I'm probably dreaming here but we'll see. What think ye?
I know I have been asking a lot of questions but I want this truck like new when I am done, does anyone know how many quarts the 3116 holds? I also want to put some like new rubber on it. Is there anyone that sells them in Michigan.
Okay so there are one inch diameter plactic lines going into the CTIS manifold under the cab. The line nuts break free very easily but the plastic lines turn with the nuts. I don't want to keep turning them at the risk of breaking the lines, does anyone have any expirence with these?
Are the alternators on the A3 the same as the A2 and if not does anyone know who sells alernators for the A3. I have thought about leaving it but I'd rather make it 100 right.
I have seen some people use stake truck and others use pickup truck, does it matter? Also, the truck is listed at 13900 lbs and in another spot at 14600?
