On the website they say they will send you plates for your truck that will be good for a year along with the title. Did you get plates from them and go to the VA DMV and get new plates there? The price list says the plate is included. Is there an option to not get the plate? Did you get...
Look under resources at the top of the site. There you will find the technical manuals section. You can download the manuals there. Welcome to the SS family.
Here's my Dad's SeaBee M756A2 that my brother and I will be restoring. If we can ever find the trunnion and sheaves, it will be a miracle! Anyone have a source for the stickers on the doors?
RE: Cargo Cover for 1009 cucv pickup
Welcome to the site. I moved your post to the CUCV forum.
Are you looking for a 1009 fiberglass top or a 1008 vinyl cover? You title says 1009, which is the Blazer and your post says Pickup, which is the 1008 series.

You could always...
I was pleasantly surprised with the repair panels that I got from JC Whitney a few years back. They were heavy gauge steel and all of the bends and seams were in the right spots. Things may have changed since then though.
Here are some pics of the panels that I used:
The heater in my 818 was OK, but it takes a good while to build up heat in that big engine. A winter front will help with that as will an electric block heater. If you really want the best heat out there, find a fuel burning heater kit. Those suckers will cook the soles off of your shoes.
Bump. Anyone else have any info on the LWS kits for the 939 trucks?
Here's the PS Mag article that talks about not using the M66 mount on the 939 trucks: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0PCA/is_612/ai_111026573
Thanks for the new pic, Dan. Plenty of stud there. It just looked funny in the one pic above. Must have been the contrast between the new nut and the stud.
As far as photobucket goes, I have cable net, but my old machine here at the house is slow as heck with all of the scripting.
