    Front main seal??? Bad Leak!!!

Really? Did yours look like this also? I started looking thru the TM's but i am not finding much on this. How in-depth was the tear-down? What kind of seal is it? Napa is good, Not knowing to much about what I have to do to fix this is not.

    Front main seal??? Bad Leak!!!

I got some seal questions unfortunately. I think i just lost my front seal on my deuce less than one hr ago. Almost home (about one mile) and I smelled oil. I didn't see anything from the cab when I parked so I let the motor run for a few like supposed to to cool the turbo. When I got...

List your reason behind your MV

I have always loved trucks. I have always loved big trucks. I have always loved military equipment (trucks, tanks, helicopters, jets, rockets, explosives, machine guns). I was born in 72, my Kaiser is a 72. Seemed like it was destiny. My 1500 looks puny next to it.

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

Are you saying don't start in second low also? Everybody says the major issue is with the woodruff key on the second high gear. If your not supposed to split, your saying that empty should be high range only and loaded should be low?

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

So "The Beast" went on the scale. There was some metal parts in the bed (maybe 400 lbs) but this is what it said.....

    Oil psi, sender, gauge?

I noticed today that my gauge was barley over 0 today. After scratching my head for a second and tapping the gauge face, I shut off the power to see what the needle did. It dropped well below 0, turn on the power and back to where it was just above 0. Maybe I just need to change the oil and...

    Oil pressure regulator

I had mine out for a ride tonight and my oil pressure was reading just above zero. I haven't had the truck long enough to have all the gauges memorized yet when operating (as i am trying to not crush cars on the road) not to mention that all the gauges have a lot of over-spray on them making it...

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

You guessed right. 16r20's just look insane! I would have never been able to afford to build this truck like this. I was lucky to have followed it for 5 years and 2 previous owners before the stars lined up correctly for me.

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

Well today I tried the splitting gears and it was a breeze. I had no problem what so ever. I liked starting in 2nd low. The truck moved along surprising quickly like this. I also had no problem splitting down either. :)

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

I am going to put my monster on the scales tomorrow. I am guessing 15k with the 6-53's I know each one is around 337 lbs without the rim. Should be interesting.
