Hmmm..........Those tires look REALLY good! Are those "military issue" or did you have to buy them from an outside source? I went to Rizzo's profile but he didnt have any media. I guess Ill "do a search".....
Yeah, I stopped by and checked this big beast out today (hope you dont mind but I had to see it :-D). Those tires ARE huge! Can you fit them on a deuce? I sure would love to try! Anyway, Ill post the couple of pics that I took. Nice rig man. Cant wait to bring "Big Cheesy" over to meet it. ;-)
No kidding!
Nice pics btw! Are those tires the same size as 14.5-20.00's? Reason being, Ive been really thinking about singling my deuce out and I already have 14.5's in the front (on stock rims) so all I would need is 4 more tires. As for the rears, Im guessing you flipped the hubs but can...
It also looks like maybe your passenger side spring perch is tweaked a little bit. Maybe not, could just be the pic. Big a$$ truck btw! My deuce will probably look like a micro machine next to that thing and Ive got 14.5-20's & 11.00-20's on mine!!
A friend of mine just got back from a 3 state trip this past weekend and he said he was getting 20 mpg the whole time. You might want to check your calipers and see if they are dragging or see if you have got a bad wheel bearing. It seems like every vehicle that I buy has this problem and I...
Im with you man. It doesnt matter if your deuce came from GL bobbed with tank tracks and a rocket launcher, somebody's going to have something stupid to say about it. I think youve got some neat stuff there.
Now while I am not going to vie for either side of this argument (simply because its pointless now) I love how some of you guys will fall right in line with whatever some folks say. Just because somebody has been around a while and just because someone is "well respected" doesnt mean they know...
That thread is not 100% accurate though. I believe it is you Dan Martin that states that 14.5's will not run on stock tires. Not true. I bought my truck this way and they work perfectly fine.
Yeah, but bad info is also a "good" thing. Lots of other folks could be thinking along the same lines as "whomever" posted about "whatever" and as long as the correct information gets posted then folks get to see the whole deal.
Heck yeah those trucks look good BMS07! What kind of paint is that and where did you get it? Also, what size tires are on your deuce and did you have to modify it to get those to fit or just put them on? :-D
