Are those tires radial or Biased ply? I know the 900 series really need to have a radial tire on them with the ABS system. If you were closer to PA I would swap you a set of 11.00 x 20 for your tires if they were in good condition.

But the m818 is a tractor with a fifth wheel, You could put a duece 12 foot bed on it instead of the 14 foot cargo bed. So I am not sure if you are looking for a tractor.

Oh and both the m818 and the M931 are tractors. If you are looking for a cargo bed you want a m925 or m813.

I am not sure about the over width permits needed. How long would it have to be stored for and is it ready to be towed or does it need repairs? What about tags? Did you inspect it?

Titles are always a big pain in the a$$ to get later down the road. There are a few posts on here about the problems people go through trying to get the trucks on the road. So do yourself a favor and just buy a truck with a title. Unless you get it for next to nothing.
