May have fixed the problem with out tilting the cab. I found the air pressure regulator for the transmission controls and slightly increased the pressure. Time will tell. It seems that the back Hoe add ons are always in the way!

Attached is the civi cab tilt instructions. The TM says nothing about the Cab Tilt Bracket. Also the TM is not clear on unsnapping the hand brake cable can cover. You need to extrapolate the instructions that apply to us. Note: be sure to mark the steering shaft alignment before unhooking it...
