    locking hubs for a m211 or m151

Lee in Alaska, Probably the reason there are not many M211/M135 series after market hubs in use. Some reduction in rotational mass and gear drag, but nothing on the order of what could be accomplished on a conventional front drive system. Oldfart

    locking hubs for a m211 or m151

As I recall, those hubs are "Dual-a-Matics". The had a Star or Sprocket like arrangement that went on the outer axle shaft and then the levers operated a couple of round shafts that had a slot machined halfway through. Rotate the round shafts and the sprocket could rotate through the slot in the...

    Correct cylinder sleeve installation?

It's my guess the sleeves had to do with repairing cracked cylinder bores or oval bores due to offset rods. Usually the sleeve is only used on the cylinder needing repair. M211 series lug nuts

We need to recover a M211 series deuce which will require removing the wheels. I have found mention on SS that the CCKW lug nut arrangement is the same as the M211 series. There is no mention as to nut size. Is it safe to assume the lugnut set up is the same as the M35 also? (1 1/2 inch hex and...

    Pop-up hardtop trailer

The jack arrangement looks similar to some of our shop porta-power units. The ram is 3 to 4 feet long and it has a channel on the end that fits around the interior top ridge frame. The ram is affixed to the plunger/reserviour and there is a purpose built frame that serves as a base as well as...

    Pop-up hardtop trailer

Our unit has a "porta-power" type jack that is placed on the trailer floor in the center and lifts the top into position. Retaining pins are inserted to hold the top in the up or lowered position. Jack is stowed under the cabinet/seat frame.
