The reason I need the part specs is because someone removed the original and put a small signal diode in its place with obvious results...burned trace grrr.

Thanks! So just to make this clear, if someone asks me who made the engine in my CUCV,
I should tell them "Detroit Diesel" but joinly designed by GM and Detroit Diesel.
I am assuming that the manufacturer of the 6.2L diesel engines found in CUCVs are
made by GM. Is this absolutely true? Or do they buy the motors from someone else?

I rebuilt this truck down near the railroad tracks in Oakland inside a chainlink fence.
Managed to get it togeter enough to get it licensed with historical plates in CA,
but my buddy is the one who drove it...

One more question. The article appears to refer to two different sized handles that go with that set. Is that right?
If so, I think I have the thinner handle that came with the standard lug tool, but not the larger one.
Does anyone know the length of the larger one. I am assuming...

I need to replace the hoist cable on my M108 crane truck body. Can anyone
recommend a source for this, or have any other suggestions related to this endeavor.
I have not had any experience with cable smaller than 1 1/4" and that was a long long time ago.
