Great meeting you today Jim. I have to say You have a great looking truck. I can't wait to get my here and take it down to the ranch for the weekend. We need to get mister hydraulic man joined up on this site.
Thanks for the offer to help dc3coyote, I'm still waiting on the elusive euc approval before I can do anything. Citizensoldier was trying to get a look at my truck but hasn't been able to get in to see it. I hope I wind up with somthing decent. I met tiger442 today here in Lakeland at what a...
If it is it will just have to suffer. He ordered with all the towing packages he could get, we may go over it but I really haven't checked it yet. I would like to take the companys low boy but they frown on that sort of personal use.
I have my eye on an idle trailer of the proper capacity and plenty long but have not inquired about borrowing(not likley) or renting it for a week. One of the things I must do soon.
Union Point is just south of my folks place. MV or not I may have to make the trip, just to meet some great people! I do hope to have my truck by then.
The military mothballed so to speak there was a cork in the exhaust, fuel tank clean and dry. I had to remake one carb gasket due to shrinkage but other than that and the coil primary wires everything works. Trying to figure out what to do with a 1/2 horsepower.

I'm all about the beach cruise for sure! And my first thought was to drive it back with loads of waste oil from work. We have 2.8 mil in fleet at it gets oil changed every 250 hrs. Can anyone say free fuel for Phil? My service truck is equipped with a 30 gal waste oil recovery tank and I have a...
Work?
Work out of it? No way! I work out of a F550 service truck all day long and that ends at 4:00PM. (most of the time). Na, I want to build some bunks and maybe a small cook area for weekends down a River Ranch or any other normally inacessable area. I am worried about the vultures of which...
Hi all, just wanted to properly introdeuce myself. I know that's corny but so am I. I won a M109 at the Grayling auction/snafu at the end of last month. Am currently awaiting EUC approval before I trek the 1300 or so miles to the great north woods to recover the beast. We will be trailering it...
I put a call into Joe but have not heard back. If anyone was near and wouldn't mind looking that would be great. But what to do if things are amiss, they have my money.
redneck motorhome
I have a two sons, one is almost 3 and the other will be 1 soon. I wanted to make it into a offroad motorhome for me and the boys and the wife. We have property at a nearby hunting camp that would be just right for this MV. We would drive camp to the camp. It would also be...
