I want to say if it is a Gas Motor you do not need one only diesel motors need SOMG testing . wink wink . I would look into doing your registering maybe as a RV or Antique .
looks like the towbars go to a MTV , can't see the covers . I would say to see how long they are if there 12'' there for a Deuce and if there 14'' or 16'' there for a 5-ton or Deuce long bed M36 I think ?

I have the 395s on by sock M35a2 rims with 1400 tubes , I know if you use the Hemmt rims you do NOT need tubes . as for bleeding down ?? I do't have need trouble with my set up .
on the Hemmt rims I do not know ..

you can use you Stock deuce m35a2 rims , That is what I did works grate and there safe .. if you want to see a pic of what it looks like go to my pic 's

First you need to put a chain threw the rim 2x so the lock ring cant pop off . then let the air out ,by pulling the valve stem out .
after you done that get some sopy water and put it on the bead both sides ,then take a BIG 5*10* hammer and hit the bead till it POP Downs Both sides . them you...
