The cord that Brother Will loaned me is larger than standard super cord. Standard is 5/16 and what Will has is 3/8. I had to re-punch all the holes to make it work, but he made me an offer I couldnt refuse which made it well worth the effort:-D. I 'm pretty sure GMA will sell the 5/16 cord in...
To my knowledge you cant re-torque the head bolts. Mine seeps the same way. I was told that a small amount of seepage is ok. You know Jerry, if you fix all the oil leaks how will you know when its out of oil:wink:. You still coming next month?
There are always tools with us. Bring a axel boot with you, I'll bring mine and we'll kill two boots with one stone, or wrench, or screwdriver. You get the idea:wink:
Check the axel boot, mine has a slight rip and will drip alittle after a long ride. Its on my to do list after the trip. As long as it's not brake fluid your probably ok.
Dug out the new style cargo cover I got last trip to Fontana. Goes on pretty easy with just one person, but I discovered most of the supercord is no good. Fortunatly Brother Will has some that will work, so I'll have it all tied down by next weekend :wink: Also found a NIB M105 vinyl cover not...
Here in Cal. I had no problem. Took my SF97 and trailer to DMV, they verified that the #'s matched the SF97, paid $20 and left happy. Well , as happy as one can be after standing in line for 2 hours...

I'm sure someone with the exact reason will chime in, but it appears that you have a mix matched set of bow corners. All of mine are in line. I might be wrong though:roll:
