yes that is what I have found also, not to mention that is very expensive relative to what others are paying . and I can't switch on my insurance around for 1 vehicle . my search continues

I do not know ANYONE with a MV around my area or anywhere for that matter..
even the guy I bought my truck from had no insurance on it, not registered or titled, not even an SF97 so im having a hard time registering itaua and the seller wont return calls or emails.. so i dunno bout him...

I used to pickup/ deliver used oil in a tractor trailer tanker, it WAS NOT haz-mat at the time a few years ago. no placards were required either.[thumbzup]
I also have a "A" CDL with haz-mat endorsement.

you wont have any problems wit used oil...
where do you even get the replacement weather stripping/ seals ect for a hard cab?
from what i can see mine has lots rust under all weather stripping
need door window channel too!
I work for a Foam manufacturaing plant and i used dence lightly convoluted "egg grated" foam and lined the whole roof piece. and looks good too!!
and for floors i used a 1/2" felt pad material cut to fit the whole floor around pedals and seat / brake brackets. then a layer of dense rubber...

the hose clamp/ rubber sleeve idea didnt work and tried a few ways
so i practiced more soldering on the airline and FINALLY got the right temp for solder to...

I went bought a propane torch and silver solder, flux and even after cleaning it up good i still couldnt get the solder to stick
if i go the fitting route i will do as you suggest!!
