If you ruled out black, then go with tan, at least it is a color you would find in the woods and will go better for your project than gray..... Gray will sitck out like a sore thumb.

do you have any plans on selling one or two ? They would make a great static display for my M880.

Check The u-joint at the rear of the drive shaft.....It is usually the first thing to go and easy to replace.

I have never seen one with 17in. But I guess it could be done.
