    LSSV: 2005 Chevy Crew Cab, Fl to VA and back.

    I removed the troop seats and mounting brackets from the bed of the truck yesterday. I also had a bad belt pulley, bearing was making a loud noise. I thought at first it was my power steering pump going bad. Ordered three pulleys (Gates 36310)and the tensional pulley(Gates 36239) off of RockAuto.

    I attached some pictures of the transfer case in my dually. All of my CUCV II's have the same transfer case. i might have a spare( I bought a parts truck a few years back,1999 6.5l 3500 4x4 dually with bad engine)

    Not yet. They don't make that model anymore and they have a new upgraded replacement. I contacted all the venders on "google" that had one of the old ones with no luck. So it looks like I will have to buy the upgrade.

    They told me the same thing about 4 months ago on a pallet from Florida to Utah. I tried it a week later and they sent me a quote(good to ship). I sent the MRAP light kit on a pallet. It took 3-1/2 weeks to get to Utah. Then when the guy went to pick it up, they wouldn't release it to him...

    2000 CUCV-II Crew Cab,(The Twin) Florida repair.

    Picked up two heavy pallets today. 3,921 lb. Having a starting issue again with this truck. Going to clean the battery terminal's to see if this is the problem.
