I cant help with the first 2, but yes, the bolt holes will line up. There is a lot of the mrap 18k lbs winches out there a lot of guys have put on their trucks. Also Simp has put an aussie made 24v winch on his 5 ton and seems to be happy with it. You should be able to find the thread by...

The 6(12, 6 on eaach side) bolts that go through the frame ext into the winch ends are special shouldered bolts. Make sure you find the right ones. White owl had them last time I needed a set.

Capacitors and some diodes are obvious others, not so much. I used to repair motherboards and could point that sh1t out at a glance.

I got a set of stickers to cover the dataplates a while ago and they were great. I can't remember who I got them from, anyone able to help me out?

Doesn't matter plastic or steel, I had my m35a2 steel fan loose a blade. Mine did go through the radiator. I was flat towing an 818 at the time too. Made for an interesting fix in the wallyworld parking lot. Had to shovel snow to do the swap!

Frank, im sure you fixed it, but that shoe spring is in the wrong spot on the right pad. Just wanted to mention it for others that look at the pics.

What was done with the air lines at the rear of the vehicle? I have seen some shorty deuces with the air lines spliced together, THIS IS VERY BAD!. They are not to be joined, if they are, separate them and see how the brakes are.

I got Monroe shocks for my truck(2000) with airbags built in for like $80 shipped. Might be a good option to look into.

That is the vent. The wrecker is either an m62, m816, or m936. Could also be an m246 or m819, but those are not as common.
