Clinto, For what it's worth I use a 3 inch PVC cleanout plug threaded into an adapter instead of a flat cap. I haven't measured the end thickness of either for comparison, but I haven't shattered the cleanout plug yet.

Amazing job! Please post more pics when you get the interior sorted out. If I had to critique one thing I would have made the exhaust stacks a little bit taller. This would keep the smoke/soot out of the intake stack.

Why don't you bring your deuce to the rally in Ponchatoula next April at Tim's house and we can put the power steering kit on your truck there? Plenty of gear heads there. I'll pitch in! I have the Waterloo power steering kit on my deuce so I know how to install it.

- Finished replacing the transfer case - Installed a Vanner 50 amp equalizer, 35 amp + 80 amp circuit breakers, dual Blue Sea Systems fuse boxes (100A each) and a boat load of 4 gauge wire - Removed the driver seat. Air ride seats in my future? - Cranked it twice. Once for neighbors and again...

So it turns out a few days ago I installed one of my transfer case brackets backwards (long tubing on driver side). I didn't catch it until I tried to bolt up the transfer case shift handle. No harm done. I didn't bend or break anything. The TM doesn't show brackets like I have on the driver...

Things completed: - bled Hydroboost brakes (brake lines and Hydroboost unit) - stayed with silicone Dot5 fluid for brake lines and Synthetic ATF for Hydroboost side - transfer case swapped today. What a pain. Soldier B would have been a good idea. I should have sent a few memos out...
