I needed a truck with more balls than the m931,to move equipment with.So I took a m916a1 and removed the fifth wheel,cut down a m923 bed.It works great to pull my 10 ton tag a long trailer.This truck has a lot of power,I am real happy with it.Heres a few pics.

I just bought a m916a1 today.Dam what a sweet and powerful truck.Are these trucks all 24 volt or is just the starter and charging system 24 volt.I want to run some 12 volt accessories.

I picked up another hmmwv project.I was a non runner.The water pump was locked up,so I replaced the water pump.When I started it up it blows water out of the overflow tank.I guess that means the head gasket blew or it has a cracked head.Any ideas ???
