I'm having too-high readings come and go, getting worse just earlier this week. I think if I really had 120psi the engine would sound a LOT different. I'll check that sending unit myself, and the wires too. BDGR

On your electrical woes, and possible causes of start box issues: grounding is always a good thing to verify, and you did that so next I wonder if you checked the integrity of the positive battery wiring on the backside of the battery box? There is a post that is mounted through the battery box...

Looks like you're on the right track for getting it sorted out. If you decide to replace the radiator, Champion makes a nice aluminum radiator that fits the TD rig. There are some threads here on the site about it. Once you have it sorted out, it's my understanding we should run fleet diesel...
