OK, I think I got it figured out, Thank you. I needed two more for the complete set I think and I got them from Amazon too. The 387 ones were for a different model TM 9-2320-280-20-1 TM 9-2320-280-20-2

How does one remove and reinstall the studs that hold the two parts of the wheel together? Press them out on a press and then press them back in or do they come out easily?

I don't know Guyfang, I did what you said and checked three sources and none of them had the bearing or spring hat.

Thanks mgFray. I guess that's my plan. I think the bearings are fine I just have a standing rule of replacing all bearings when i tear something apart. I don't understand how these hats got damaged but i'll just try to straighten these things out. Appreciate it guys!
