Perhaps send a PM to M920, Soni just finished building a 6x6 version of the HEMTT, perhaps he might be interested in adding a 4x4 to his fleet! He's located in northern NM.
For those who have never been to this event, it's really a one day indoor parts swap meet, about the size of a fire hall type event. There are no vehicles on display anywhere, but if you want to drive to the event in your MV, that's fine, just it's a parking lot not a display area. Noone is...
Not sure if I'll be there - I'd love to but it depends on a few things going on this Spring.
How late can we get spots there? I might not know if I'm going for sure until 2-3 weeks before the event....
If you own a deuce, this is NOT the trailer you want to buy to haul stuff around on. Way too much weight in the ass end to be pulling. 5-ton truck at the minimum.
Also, the deck is very high - not recommended for using as a vehicle hauler, the center of gravity would be very high, and prone...
By no means can you not get deals later on. I've gotten deals on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and in one case even Sunday before I rolled out. Some guys mark stuff down later in the show because they don't want to take stuff home, especially the heavier stuff. Plus the auction on...

Thanks, Al. It does make sense. Bottom line is, the process is fine for all those who are honorable and going to play by the rules. Time would tell if the "good faith agreements" are honored along the way, those who are going to break the rules will always screw the system up.
My opinion...
That brings another question:
Granted, you sign a statement saying that you acknowledge that the vehicle is being sold for non-road use only. Legally, you are obligated to comply with that agreement, whether you like it or not. HOWEVER, does this agreement carry to the next owner, i.e. if you...
That's a neat looking truck. I'd get the deuce bows and cover for the bed, repaint in 24087 olive drab, and proper lettering on the DOOR (not the hood, only M-series vehicles get hood markings). That would really look sharp!
