I think it was the Galaxy (front and tailgate were open). The Starlifter was smaller, am i wrong? Is the C5 the Galaxy?

In the early 80's I was with my parents on the day of the open door on the Rhine Main Air Base, you could go through the C 5 ( Galaxy or was it the Starlifter ). For a young boy was that very impressive.

Really a nice Truck. At first sight the tan rims seems not to fit. But i think it give's the whole Truck something Special.

The size of a truck is not always important. Lol But for sure, it's a nice one ( like all the others also) !

My 08 has also TÜV in january. Oldtimer status.... hopefully in juli. Paint Job time is always ( rust never sleeps ). The big benefit from an CUCV....they dont must shine like a new truck.

Welcome from Germany. I use my 08 also as a daily driver in nearly stock condition (33" tires), ca. 5000 miles/year.
