    Polaris MV850

California just surplused a few dozen those on gsaxcess.gov three weeks back. They got snapped up almost instantly by other federal entities. How are you getting a chance of purchasing one without going through a public auction?

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Good luck finding new injector lines. I searched hi and low back in 2013 was only able to find 7 of 8 lines. You may find you don't need to replace all your lines. what happens is they tend to crack at the flare nut from years of vibration or overtighting.

I have joined the club ! And yes I have lost my mine !

Looks good Butt! The plywood subfloor is stronger if you install it perpendicular to the floor joist. Lessing the flexing that could crush your floor foam. Were you planning to install a 2nd layer? I don't mean to be critical but it's a nice project and don't want you to regret it.

    M1009 lacks power

So how long has this slow speed issue on hills been going on? Ever since you owned it or did it just start the other day? You mentioned it runs like a Swiss watch and kicks ass. I'm confused. Apparently the elevation doesn't make a difference either. Just trying to help

    M1009 lacks power

I think it has allot to do with the 8,000 feet elevation also.

    What is this used for?

Drivers side rear fender/wheel hump next to seat back. You should find 2-3 holes for the bracket if yours was fitted with one.

    What is my M1008 Worth?

How much $ do you have in to it? That's a good place to start. I personally walk away from a truck with a mounted plow.

    Possible rear main leak fakeout.

I'll bet the farm that your injector pump or your injector lines are leaking at the pump. When it leaks, it runs down the valley, picks up a bunch of crap on the way and down the backside by the flywheel. By the time it hits the pavement it looks like an oil leak.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Yup, 100% correct. I learn something from this site every day. Thanks (electrical engineering) "Hotel loads" The electrical load caused by all systems on a vehicle (especially a marine vessel or a truck) other than propulsion.

    M1009 value question.

I think they a very collectable and prices are rising as fewer and fewer trucks are surviving. Many people are looking for them not necessarily for just the "cool" factor but because the cost of a new set of wheels is horrendous. To have an original rust free low milage CUCV is in my opinion...
