That little mounting bracket 4230-00-470-1536 is hard to find, I have never seen one on the loose. My last deuce came with one mounted on either side of the shifter, left one there and put the other in my M818.
Yep they have free fork trucks to unload from one truck to another. In the past I used someones wrecker to unload. You can call them at 715-445-4005 to get an answer to any question you may have.

The high back kit had a special battery box cover plate to bolt the seat to. It is leaning against the R wall in picture there is another closer picture of it here, where I used it on my springer base #21
