My heater core was shut off when I bought my truck, I'm assuming for a reason. Never really needed heat in it so I never messed with it but is it safe to assume when I open the valves a river of coolant is coming

We lifted a 5.9 Cummins head off the block 1 inch at 72psi. Streched the head bolts. Would the big cam hold up to that?

Can you change a waste gate setting to get a little more air out of her?
