Getting near to start engine
Being working on it for a few months {sundays about 6 hours} got the cooling system done, the furl system including fuel tank and transmission cooling most of the exhaust need a few things and should be running next few weeks
got to do some more work ok the SDK
Its being a while since i got to work on the track, put some time over the weekend on the fuel system and the exhaust will get some parts during the week and go at it again soon
Yes is a M1010 base mount modified by my friend Keith so it would work with the 205 tranfercase with 4x4 low all the way forward where the M1010 is back on the 208

The HUMMER had both engines the 6.2 and the 6.5 NA depending on which IP # that pump is will determine the CALIBRATION on it and yes the standar HMMWV IP has a few more CC"S of fuel in the calibration in other words is hotter
You can use the HMMWV on the truck , i have a M1009 with one of a military HUMMER even do i have a turbo on my i never turn the fuel up even on the stock pump, the only thing you have to do is run the the top cover of your old pump as the CUCV is 12 volt and the HMMWV is 24V, as far as the 4911...
My RED dot A/C has 2 tubes on the bottom of the trade with hoses draining outside vehicle , may need to drill and make something like a funnel good luck
