I know the NSN and part numbers for the thermostat on these units. does anybody know the heat range that they are? Is are they consistent or are there variations.

Actually did some research the TM ending in 24 parts manual gives a pretty good breakdown. It is a cat pump called a PC pump/ engine 1993 vintage, not an IP pump newer Designation.

I have also used the NOCO 2700 For 24 V on an M92382 through the nato plug, work good.
But also as noted you have to be aware of the 1 battery (out of 4) that has the least amount of use and rotate and double check them every other week
Also 24v Battery minder on a m803a generator through nato...
2 of these one on each battery they also make a 24 V 1 you can put through the Nato plug I've had excellent results.

A member has said that this radiator was a good choice for a new. I could not get one I didn't want to wait , so I had my recored. you might check and see if there's availability it was only like $450 but they kept on saying back order back order back order.

New will be hard to come by. hillbilly wizard for a used one in good shape, might be able to have it recored. Just did my truck for a $920 bill recore.

On a 1000 amp hour batteries is that CCA?
Also I would leave batteries totally disconnected and check those voltages Before connecting them after that week, it sounds like there might be some kind of parastilic draw on your rear battery possibly.

I use one of these bars off the frame with some spacers I'm spacers to gently move the bracket.
but have this 2nd picture device coming , which will make it a breeze, But they are a real POS of an adjustment.

1st I would charge the batteries all the way up. leave them disconnected. then connect them in the morning with a volt meter start to truck run out check the voltages each battery 12 V and 24 V across that connection and see what you got. if there's nothing (no charging)there, run the rpms up a...
