If my 404 has been sitting a while I always hand prime the pump with the lever on the pump and it takes right off, I figure it saves on the starter to! You are not pumping the accelerator pedal while using the choke are you? That is a NO NO just about guarantees flooding every time! KK

Hello Folks my upgrade from a 404.1 to a U1300L was completed today but I am looking to purchase bows and a rear cargo cover, new is OK but used would be better if its in decent shape, any suggestions on where to acquire these items? Thanks much for any ideas. Karl

The 404.1 has a final gear ration of like 7.45 an that is the normal ration you can also get another add on that will reduce it by a fair amount more, Very capable vehicle! KK
