I will try to load this video, not real good quality but might give you an idea. It was a lot steeper that it looks. The site will not upload the one I want but here is one to check out. I will look for another and add it later if I find a suitable one.

You have to love the old stuff! Other than being huge it is very straight forward not a bad job. Can you still get gaskets for this or did you use RTV?
Still haven't seen any mention of why you are selling her after all you went through to get her.

That is fine as long as the bearing on the bottom is not bad or if either pin is not scored and worn. I have had to replace the upper king pin on several customers trucks.
You don't need a whole power pack, just a transmission. I don't think I will try rebuilding that one, by the time you buy all the bearing and syncronizers it would be cheaper to buy another transmission. I have rebuilt a couple of them, they are not a lot of fun to get apart, have band-aids...
As I have been for years I am awed by your work. Now the big question, how much do you figure all of that which you have added weighs? Your steel supplier must love you and I would love to see your metalworking equipment. Bending and cutting steel that size that cleanly takes some serious...
