All holes are done ready for sand blasting if the weather ever gets better. There wound up being 79 holes I had to weld up. (Some people should not be allowed to use a drill)
I didn't see anything removing "Historical Military Vehicles" in that signed law. Looks like someone is over-reaching their authority. I'd be making a lot of calls to my representatives if I lived in Colorado.
So where is the actual bill? I have searched but can't find the actual approved law. It seems that HMV's were excluded but the DMV overturned this (which they can't). So who has a copy of it?
The pictures in post #8 appear to only be the personal heater portion of the kit. That is the easiest and smallest part of the kit to find. The crate for just the insulated cargo cover alone is at least 4x4x2 feet by itself.
The Arctic complete winterization kit consists of 3 parts sets: The personal heater section (which is posted above), the engine/battery components, and the cargo heater and cover. The total is 4+ large crates.
