I bid on one.. They fought over it until 7:30 and it ended at $6100... Still a good price but to rich for my blood.. So someone bought them all?? Greedy buggers!
Here are a few off the top.. I will dig up more when I have time.. Its my understanding that not to many were actually used or saw use in the Korean war.. But I could be wrong I have no proof just rumor.. Most of the pictures I have of the Korean war we UN countries are using leftover WWII...
The only info I can find on that truck is it was built by Toyota and is in Pakistan. I know Toyota built versions of the M37 from the 50's to 60's with both diesels and gas engines but that is all I know about them.. Pretty cool huh! :-D Maybe someone will see it and knows the story and has more...
Ernie has listed some very good info folks..Thank you it has been saved and printed. I am not sure you can compare these unless you were comparing two brand new engines on a dino or in the same truck and trans combo.. To many variables that could effect the outcome like valve lash, engine...

I try and save any old flatheads I can they are getting VERY scarce exspecially the...

you will be happy with them tires they are awesome..
I have the front of a deuce frame that was cut off a scrapped truck for the front springs. I was thinking it would not take much to put some heavy rollers on it and build some type of rotisserie.. Just my 2 cents.. Thoughts on the matter?
You might be on to something Maxim.. Whats that saying "everything old becomes new again". I would think I died and went to heaven if I could walk down to the dealership and buy a brand spanking new M37!... man what a thought... If I was a plant owner thats what I would be doing.. buying up any...
