If you look at the picture, where the rotor bolts to the hub, a special made flange is welded to a turned down hub. Without that flange you won't be able to do it. The lockouts are the same as it uses the same hub (just modified).
It's got nothing with not WANTING to drive them, it's wanting them to still be here in 10 years due to salt and rust after driving them several winters.:shock:
