Looks awesome, Blue, so you got my vote this month. I'll be interested to see how your paint holds up. I used Rapco semi-gloss also, but it faded after about 3 months. Water spots really bad too- hope yours holds up better.
I would go with Behr. I painted my deuce with Rapco semi-gloss, including undercarriage and it faded badly in just a few months. Cost was about the same when you factor in shipping for Rapco.
I don't know what that crud is but it looks nasty! You can buy a new in-tank pump on that popular auction site for $50. I have one in my deuce and it works great. There are some threads on here about the pump.
Personally I wouldn't waste my time cleaning that tank and I would be concerned about...
They're all the same- no one manufacturer is better than another. Turbos were added later to reduce exhaust smoke but I don't know what year that started.
Sometimes you just have to look for pics of your type of truck, during the time period your trying to replicate. I found pics for mine here and by using google.

Has anybody ever rented their MV for things OTHER than movies? Like a backdrop for photos for a wedding or some other event. A woman once asked me if I would chauffeur a bunch of her girlfriends around in the back of the deuce to go bar hopping- [insert appropriate fantasy here]. I said no- too...
