A drawing of the master brake cylinder... and good luck!

The minimum you need to rebuild your master brake cylinder will be the "Unimog Brake Cylinder Rubber Parts Kit", I saw them at ebay USA. Normally the metal parts can be polished and will work fine after that. If not you have to renew the whole inner parts, in germany we can buy them for € 100,-...

Yes... I did once and hopefully never again, the cab must be removed...:???: but after that it´s easy 8-)

I found one more... a special one :roll: The "Schwingfeuerheizung"... a beast of a heater. I dismounted mine, I was afraid of it :???: If anyone is interested in these pics please send me a PM or mail... I´ll send you the pdf files...

yes.... it is complicated...but most important to get the maximum out of the DD 3-53. I needed several days to adjust the governor. For testing you allways have to take the goat on the road and after the ride perhaps doing the work again...and again... After I finished my goat goes a little...

governor adjustment... After I replaced the injectors I wanted to adjust the governor too to get the maximum out of the engine. By that time John Smith, a member of the yahhoo gama goat group, provided the instruction for adjustment to me, cause I had no idea how to do... GOVERNOR ADJUSTMENT...
